High Performers Don’t Settle Loudly—They Do It Quietly, Every Day

You don’t settle once.
You settle in micro-decisions. In delayed conversations. In diluted standards. In the silence between what you demand and what you tolerate.

“Never settle” sounds noble—until you realize it’s mostly used by people who already have.
